Orders ship out same business day before 1:00 PM EST on Monday-Friday. Orders TYPICALLY arrive in 3-5 business days, however Dickery cannot control unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process such as system or weather delays that may impact delivery.
REFUND POLICY
You may return UNUSED, UNDAMAGED products within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
